District Management Services, LLC (DMS) is a financial consulting and management firm consisting of a team of over 25 professionals who provide multiple services to the development and community residential services industry, as it relates to community development districts (CDDs) and special taxing districts. The state of Florida has thousands of special taxing districts and well over 400 community development districts that demand our professional management services.

Our firm's members have been involved with over 150 community development districts and/or special taxing districts in the state of Florida throughout their careers and DMS is currently providing services to over 40 districts in various stages of development. Our main office is located in Tampa, with  a regional office located in New Port Richey for convenient accessibility to our districts.
