OVERVIEW

Formed in 2004, District Management Services, LLC (DMS) provides financial consulting and management services. Our firm consists of over 35 professionals who provide multiple services to the community residential services industry specializing in community development districts and independent taxing districts.

Our team's organizational structure ensures that we deliver the expertise, experience, dedication, and commitment to quality services that will not only meet, but exceed the expectations of our client.  The State of Florida has thousands of special taxing districts and well over 400 community development districts that demand professional services. 

During the past eight years our firm members have gained experience with over 100 community development districts and/or special taxing districts throughout Florida, and been involved with the administration of Cities and Counties.  DMS is currently providing service to over 35 communities, ranging from 500 units to over 5,500.

Our Management Plan has been developed based on our experience and our desire to provide superior service.  We analyze the unique requirements of your District and develop procedures from our current management plan that will most appropriately fit your needs.

Promoting the development and performance of the DMS team enables us to identify our team's strengths and weaknesses. Through coaching, empowerment and mediation, we provide you with maximum levels of service in the most effective way.

The entire DMS team demonstrates an understanding of information technology, ensuring that it is incorporated appropriately in plans to improve service delivery, information sharing and organizational communication. The option for online availability of agendas, minutes, financial reports and other pertinent items provide a level of transparency appropriate for a CDD.
